Chad Harrison International is working with a life science robotics company that is growing on both sides of the Atlantic. The company have developed a cloud-connected instrument that is utilised in many phases of drug discovery. Based on continued growth and investment they are now looking to add a VP of Sales to their senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be based in the Greater Boston area.

Role Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrable experience in selling capital equipment into the life science industry
  •  A strong track record in leading sales teams and delivering growth
  • The ability to mentor and coach members of their team
  • A deep rooted understanding of the pharma and biotech market
  • Proven track record in helping companies launch new products into the market place
  • Implement processes and procedures to help the business measure and meet its long term objectives
  • The willingness to be a player coach, attend key client meetings and industry events
  • Liaise internally with members of the SLT to ensure business needs are met
