Chad Harrison International (CHI) Managing Director Luke Robbins-Wells has become certified by the British Psychological Society (BPS) after completing training with one of the globally leading registered training providers and publishers of psychometric assessments.
These assessments are specifically designed for occupational professionals working in HR departments or employment consultancies where testing for personnel selection is conducted. Luke and his team are now able to administer, analyse and feedback results from a range of personality assessments completed by CHI candidates looking for new roles.
Speaking about the certification, Luke said “I am pleased to have gained accreditation from the British Psychological Society. This allows myself and our team access to more tools resulting in a more refined approach to accurately match candidates with the roles that are most suitable for them while helping our clients attract and retain the best in the industry. This will give us greater control over the recruitment process and make us better equipped to offer advice on the best career options for individuals we work with while supporting our clients to attract and retain the best talent.”
The British Psychology Society certification is a UK and internationally recognised qualification giving access to its members over 150 different psychological and psychometric tests which can help identify skill sets and personality traits for clients, many of which can only be accessed by trained providers.
Chad Harrison International will now look to introduce the psychometric assessments to all current and future assignments and projects. Assessment & Selection Design & Delivery will be an additional service offering designed to complement the company’s Talent Acquisition, Interim Management, Management Consulting and Executive Search services already on offer.
CHI is an executive search and selection company which operates globally. It provides talent acquisition, management consulting, interim management and executive search solutions to the built environment, chemical, plastics, packaging, mining and metals sectors.
